Executive 2 - Technician Repair Services

We are looking for a hands-on service professional to join our Operations team in India, supporting the repair, maintenance and quality control of hearing aid devices. Working closely with our Service, Sales, Logistics and Audiology teams, you will help ensure our customers continue to enjoy reliable, high-performing hearing solutions.

What you will do

• Perform the manufacturing or servicing of products as per prescribed procedures

• Diagnose and repair faulty hearing aids, and related accessories and including damaged components, faulty electronics or worn-out parts

• Carry out routine maintenance by cleaning, inspecting and maintaining hearing aids to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance

• Troubleshoot complex problems, using technical expertise to diagnose and repair issues with hearing aids

• Provide repair estimates, including cost and timeline, for clients

• Keep accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance and customizations.

What you bring

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in the hearing devices industry or a similar field

• Hands-on experience operating, servicing and maintaining hearing aid systems and accessories

• Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components, including soldering and assembly

• Experience diagnosing technical issues, with device programming and calibration, is advantageous

• College diploma in electronics & communication, electrical & electronics or a related field

• Good communication skills in English; familiarity with Kannada or Hindi is advantageous.
