Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
- Maintain project information, documentation, and databases.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for senior staff.
- Handle sensitive and privileged information with appropriate security safeguards.
- Assist in developing and implementing intra-organizational procedures.
- Track budget and financial data as required and support routine security tasks such as visitor control records and safeguarding classified material.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCIEducation / Years of Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in administrative support or closely related functional area.
- Master’s degree in business, administration, or related field.
- Significant experience providing executive-level administrative support in DoD or similar organizations.
