Requirements

  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of meetings and key discussions when required.
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between the CEO and different departments.
  • Support the planning and organization of internal and external meetings and events.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and official communications.
  • Follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive support, administration, or similar roles.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience coordinating meetings, communications, and executive schedules.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
