What you will be responsible for:
- Manage the executive’s diary, inbox, and travel end to end.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and briefing documents to a high standard.
- Liaise with international partners, clients, and media contacts across time zones.
- Handle business administration including expenses, invoicing, and supplier coordination.
- Coordinate marketing and content workflows across platforms.
- Support project management and keep key priorities moving.
- Provide occasional personal and household administration support.
- Travel to Melbourne occasionally to support meetings and engagements.
Requirements
- Prior EA experience supporting senior managers or leaders.
- Experience working across international markets or with global stakeholders highly regarded.
- Ability and willingness to work European hours when required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Spanish and/or German language skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in media, consulting, education, or corporate advisory.
- Exposure to supporting an internationally active principal or business owner.
