This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll be at the centre of a busy and influential team. You'll provide executive support to the General Manager Policy & Communications while also delivering administrative coordination across the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, stakeholder events and farm visits
- Preparing agendas, papers, minutes and presentation materials
- Supporting board reporting and documentation processes
- Providing financial administration, invoice processing and expense management
- Maintaining stakeholder information and supporting team communications
- Contributing to team projects and working collaboratively with the wider B+LNZ administration team.
About you
You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who enjoys building trusted relationships and anticipating what needs to happen before being asked. You'll bring:
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders in a professional environment
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong judgement, initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
- Financial administration experience, including invoice processing and reconciliations
- A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
This role is based in our Wellington office.
