Executive Manager -Material Supply Chain Planning Domain Steward

Overview

Data Governance Leader specializing in Material Domain, Supply Chain responsible for establishing enterprise standards for business metadata, data quality, KPI governance, and critical planning datasets. Partners with global business and technology teams to deliver trusted, governed, and business-aligned data products that support strategic planning, inventory visibility, transportation optimization, network design, and operational decision-making across PepsiCo's global supply chain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data governance initiatives for the Material domain, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment of critical supply chain data assets
• Drive business glossary standardization and metadata governance
• Partner with global business SMEs, product owners, and functional teams to establish authoritative definitions for Critical Data Elements (CDEs), KPIs, and planning metrics used across GND, VMI and other Supply Chain related data products
• Govern complex SAP master and transactional data assets by translating technical structures into business-consumable definitions and ensuring consistency across enterprise reporting and analytics platforms
• Design and implement data quality frameworks including data quality rules, validation criteria, monitoring controls, remediation workflows, and stewardship processes for critical supply chain datasets.
• Lead onboarding and cataloguing of strategic data assets into enterprise governance platforms
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business and technology teams to resolve data definition conflicts
• Support Global Network Design (GND) programs by governing planning, capacity, inventory, production, transportation, and supply chain optimization datasets used for strategic network decision-making
• Drive governance for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions by establishing standards for inventory visibility, transport utilization, forecast visibility, and related performance measurement data products
• Perform data discovery, source-system analysis, and business process mapping
• Coordinate with data stewards, architects, engineering teams, and governance councils to ensure regulatory compliance, governance adherence, and successful delivery of strategic data initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain data governance, bridging business and technical stakeholders while driving data quality, standardization, stewardship, and organizational data maturity

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of SAP, EDF, Informatica, Databricks and SQL
