What You’ll do:
Work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on priorities, meetings, follow-ups and day-to-day executive activities.
Manage calendars and meetings, while helping optimize executive time and meeting efficiency.
Track key decisions, actions and commitments, ensuring proper follow-through and visibility.
Prepare briefs, agendas, compile presentations and executive materials.
Act as a trusted point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate business travel, executive events and other leadership activities.
Maintain the governance calendar and commitments tracker, including Board, shareholder, regulatory and audit-related activities.
Help improve the way the CEO Office operates by introducing better processes, templates, documentation and ways of working.
Monitor deadlines, priorities and deliverables and proactively flag potential gaps or delays.
Prepare regular updates on Executive Office efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide administrative support and help ensure a professional and welcoming environment for executives and guests.
Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Executive Office Specialist, Business Operations Coordinator or in a similar roleis a plus
Exceptional organizational, planning and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to structure information, prioritize effectively and ensure strong follow-through.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
Strong MS Office skills and confidence using AI tools such as Copilot or GPT.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and confidential information.
Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
