You will:

• Develop unique, digital user interfaces and applications for reputable clients 
• Transfer visions and ideas into working design concepts and implement them independently
• Work on exciting and complex problems in interdisciplinary teams together with software developers, consultants and researchers 
• Monitor projects fromideation through implementation and beyond
• Carry out presentations and discussions of concepts and designs with colleagues and clients

Collaboration & Craft

• Collaborate closely with other UX/UI designers to brainstorm concepts, sketch ideas, and createlow- and high-fidelity prototypes
• Designaccessible, intuitive, consistent, and delightful digital experiences, with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
• Work with designers and developers to createresponsive layouts, including interactive states, motion, and animation
• Contribute to and work withindesign systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products

Qualifications:

You bringapassion for digital creation and deepexpertisein:

• Interface Design, interaction design, and usability
• A completed degree inDesign, Interaction Design, Service Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification

• 1-3years ofinitialworkexperience in conceptualizing and designing digital products and applications, preferably in an agency environment
• Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand complex systems and processestranslate them into compelling visual designs
• Basicknowledge of core UX principles and methodologies (usability, accessibility,information architecture,inclusive design, etc.)
• Experience with industry-standard tools such asFigma, Miro, and other prototyping and collaboration tools
• Goodunderstanding ofUI design principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and contributing todesign systems
• Experience acrossB2B, B2C, and e-commerceprojects
• Experience working closely withdevelopment teamsin Agile environments
• Ability to leverageAI toolsto support and enhance daily design workflows
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies

Communication & Collaboration

• Goodcommunication and presentation skills
• Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams
• Fluent inEnglish,both written and spoken
