Role Overview
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of live transactions and business development efforts, including:
- Building detailed financial models and valuations
- Conducting industry and company research
- Preparing strategic analyses, recommendations, and presentations
- Supporting client engagements, due diligence, and execution
- Collaborating closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes
- Mentoring and training new analysts and interns

General Qualifications
- 1–2 years of full-time investment banking experience, preferably in M&A or sell-side advisory.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- U.S. work authorization required (FT Partners does not sponsor applicants for work visas).
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
