Experienced Commercial Title Searcher - TX

Job Requirements

• Specific experience preparing title search reports in Texas, commercial and residential (10+ years)
• Extensive experience with using Title Data (TDI) (10+ years)
• Must be able to plot out legal descriptions and use them to resolve the chain of title
• Experience with chain of title research and preparation of title reports to be used for title insurance
• Proficiency in determining completeness of title reports, identifying clouds on title, and validating applicability of documents to a title report
• Experience identifying that all pertinent parties were correctly researched and documented
• Experience with training other employees and management experience strongly preferred
