Experienced Landscape Labourer

AR Developments is a growing residential construction company delivering large-scale townhouse developments across Southeast Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Labourer to join our in-house landscaping team.

Working across our developments in Ripley, Springfield and Logan Reserve, you'll be part of a team delivering high-quality outdoor spaces, including turfing, planting, drainage, retaining walls, paving and general landscape construction works.

This is a permanent opportunity with a strong project pipeline extending well into the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of landscape construction

• Turf preparation and installation

• Planting and garden bed preparation

• Paving, edging and retaining wall construction

• Drainage and general site works

• Safe operation of tools and equipment

• Maintain tidy and safe work areas

• Support the landscaping team to deliver projects on schedule

About You

• Previous landscape construction experience is essential

• Experience working on residential or commercial landscaping projects

• White Card

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Safety-focused attitude

• Machinery tickets highly regarded
