Responsibilities
- Mix, apply, and spray powder coatings using industry-standard equipment
- Set and monitor ovens, curing temps, and bake times
- Quality control: inspect coated parts for coverage, finish, and defects
- Maintain clean, organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and equipment protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of powder coating experience
- Strong knowledge of prep, colors, texture varieties, and specialty finishes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Familiar with batch ovens, spray guns, and booths
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Welding or fabrication knowledge is a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Pay based on experience $25 - $30 an Hour
- Overtime available
