Experienced Powersports Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

A+ Power Sports is looking for a Full-Time Experienced Powersports Technician. We pay depending on experience and jobs that can be done by the individual. Technicians do the following here depending on there abilities and skill level: Change tires, oil changes, fork seals, chains, tracks on sleds, carburetor cleans, safety inspections, diagnosing issues with vehicles, brake jobs, steering stem bearings, wiring diagnosis, motor swaps, valves, timing, etc..

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, safety, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning etc.
• Diagnose customer concerns and perform quality repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers stay informed if additional concerns arise. Provide estimate of time needed for subsequent repairs
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, under warranty guidelines
  
  

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• 2+ Years of Mechanic Experience Required
• Knowledge in all aspects of power sports repair and maintenance
• Own basic tools to properly diagnose and service our products.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Know what it means to give outstanding customer service
• Results-oriented and enjoys working in a team atmosphere

Tuesday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Wednesday 8am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 2pm
Sunday/Monday: CLOSED
