We’re now opening a brand new restaurant in Westfield Chermside, and we’re looking for Experienced TEAM MEMBERS who are over the age of 21 to join the launch team!

MUST BE AVAILABLE DURING THE DAY ON WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS!

 

To be successful for this role you must be over the age of 21 and experienced in hospitality. 

 

The Yiros Shop is a family-owned, Australian-based fast-casual restaurant chain that’s redefining the experience of eating Greek-inspired street food. Born from a passion for authentic Greek flavours, our menu is built on the very best fresh ingredients, and a dedication to delivering the perfect balance of quality, taste, and tradition.

Since our humble beginnings, we’ve grown across multiple locations, bringing the iconic Greek Yiros experience to more people every day. We are looking for Experienced Team Member who can be available Monday to Friday and/or on the weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving up our famous Greek street food
• Keeping things clean and tidy (we’re big on hygiene!)
• Delivering friendly, fast and efficient customer service
• Learning the ropes of food safety and kitchen operations
• Handling cash and mastering the register
• Working with a tight-knit crew to make each shift fun and productive

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who can keep up in a fast-paced (but super fun) environment
• Strong communication skills – we love friendly faces!
• A keen eye for cleanliness and food safety
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and school holidays
• Must have experience in the food industry

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Completion of the I’m Alert Food Safety online course (don’t worry – it’s FREE!)
