Huawei's Heisenberg Research Center in Munich is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

As Terminal RF team in Europe, we are responsible for the research and innovation of terminal RF technologies to support leading communications competitiveness of Huawei Terminal Products. We are looking for RF Power Amplifier Expert to join us and participate in the research on RF Power Amplifier technology innovation.

Expert - RF Power Amplifier (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Research on wide-band power amplifier architecture to support multi-band RF transmitter in mobile terminals.

• Research on high-efficiency power amplifier architecture, including design of Envelop-Tracking power amplifier with power supply modulator, Doherty power amplifier design.

• Research on load- insensitive power amplifier architecture to tolerate load variations.

• Challenge solving in technology development to ensure that power amplifier design meets product requirements.

• Active participation in proposing, review and evaluation of innovative technical ideas.

Your areas of expertise

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.

• 10+ years of experience in high-efficiency RF power amplifier design in mobile terminal applications.

• Professional in MMIC circuit design and the simulation tools.

Expertise in the following areas:

• Load-insensitive RF power amplifier design.

• Envelop-Tracking power amplifier design.

• Wide-band power supply modulator design.

• Doherty power amplifier design.

• Should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with good communication skills.

• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Should be able to travel in Europe and China.
