About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle, sort, move, and track inventory that supports our fulfillment operations. You'll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently and accurately through our facility, from receiving to shipment, while helping us maintain a safe and organized warehouse.

You Will

• Shipping and Receiving: Unload incoming trucks, check goods for damage, and sort items into correct storage spots.

• Box Building and Assembly: Construct, fold, and assemble shipping and storage boxes to specification; select the correct box size for each order and ensure boxes are sturdy and properly sealed.

• Inventory Control: Count stock, scan barcode labels, and report missing or broken items to supervisors.

• Equipment Operation: Safely drive or use tools like forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks (certification may be required).

• Truck Driving: Operate a G-Class truck for local deliveries, pickups, and transfers between sites, following all traffic laws and vehicle safety checks.

• Water Spider: Circulate the packing floor to keep packing stations continuously stocked with built boxes, tape, labels, and packing materials so packers never have to leave their station; respond quickly to shortages and step in to pack or seal orders during peak volume.

• Facility Safety: Sweep floors, keep aisles clear, and follow all workplace safety rules.

You Have

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (often 23 to 34 kg / 50 to 75 lbs), including while assembling and moving boxes.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with coworkers and managers to meet daily shipping goals.

• A valid driver's license with a G-Class endorsement (or equivalent), required for truck driving duties.
