Extrusion Sheet line Machine Operator Plastic

ABIS is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Sheet Line Machine Operator (Plastic) to manage and operate extrusion equipment in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining plastic extrusion sheet line machines to produce high-quality plastic sheets. You will monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure continuous and efficient production. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic extrusion processes and a strong commitment to maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion sheet line machines to produce plastic sheets for PC ( Polycarbonate Sheet ) .
• Set up machines, including tooling and parameters adjustments, prior to production runs.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations or concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements

• diploma or equivalent; technical training in plastics processing is a plus.
• Proven experience as an extrusion machine operator in the plastic industry.
• Knowledge of extrusion sheet line machinery and plastic materials.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
