Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of facilities systems, including STP operations, ATS/LVSG and generator systems, and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Familiar with power shutdown processes, energy management, and efficiency practices
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance requirements, including PCO-related standards (LLDA, DENR) and permits processing
  • With background in workplace safety practices and Safety Officer functions
  • Experienced in facilities operations and project management
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication and coordination abilities


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure reliable operation of electrical, MEPFS, STP, and building systems
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues and FMS tickets in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular system inspections, preventive maintenance checks, and performance validation
  • Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for ongoing works and improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DOE, DENR, LLDA, LGU) and safety standards
  • Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency and sustainability initiatives
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Support facility upgrades, maintenance planning, and emergency preparedness activities
