Role: Facilities Groundskeeper

Warrior Precast, LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of our facility and surrounding grounds. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can independently identify and address routine maintenance and groundskeeping needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general condition of company grounds, parking areas, walkways, and exterior areas.
• Perform routine mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and other landscaping activities.
• Remove trash, debris, leaves, and other materials from the property.
• Maintain and organize outdoor storage areas, equipment areas, and designated workspaces.
• Assist with basic facility upkeep, including painting, minor repairs, pressure washing, and general maintenance.
• Monitor the property for damaged fencing, lighting, signage, gates, drainage issues, or other maintenance concerns and report issues as needed.
• Maintain company dumpsters and surrounding areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with snow, ice, water, or weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Operate basic groundskeeping and maintenance equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist production and operations personnel with occasional general labor and facility-related projects.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the facility and grounds.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate basic lawn and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and orderly workplace.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. The employee may be required to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and other changing weather conditions.
