Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations for multiple locations. This role will coordinate maintenance requests, work with vendors and internal teams, track repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensure facility-related issues are resolved efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Receive, prioritize, and track maintenance and repair requests.
• Coordinate service calls with technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, scheduling, and service needs.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, warranties, and maintenance documentation.
• Assist with vendor quotes, billing, and onboarding.
• Prepare basic reports and track maintenance activities and expenses.
• Help monitor permits, inspections, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Escalate urgent maintenance and facility issues when necessary.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, property management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, vendors, and priorities.
• Basic understanding of maintenance, repairs, or preventive maintenance.
• Comfortable working with invoices, work orders, and vendor documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in restaurant facilities, property management, construction, or maintenance coordination is a plus but not required.
