JOB SUMMARY

To maintain the site, building and production support systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, construction.
Reads and interprets diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to perform maintenance and repair work.
Uses full range of measuring, gauging, analysis, machine and hand tools to perform maintenance work.
Perform maintenance tasks associated with the operation, maintenance and modification of the site, building and production support systems including waste water treatment, electricity, compressed air, cooling water, HVAC and roofing..
Performs preventative, predictive, breakdown and modification activities related to maintenance.
Communicates maintenance problems, results, corrective actions, and recommendations to the chain-of-command, and to the customer as needed.
Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company standards or policies.
Performs other duties as assigned by chain-of-command.

Education

High school diploma or completion of high school equivalence exam required
Completion of formal apprenticeship training program to the satisfaction of DENSO management, or 2 years of industrial maintenance education or experience with extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance as determined by the job interview and evaluation process

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience working with construction and / or maintenance of facility related systems, electrical, and / or HVAC

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Sufficient reading and writing ability à to follow maintenance, safety, and quality instructions and compile and record maintenance data
Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and tools, and visually inspect equipment, controls and components
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate production equipment, test equipment, tools, and to handle material and components properly
Sufficient analysis and planning skills to understand maintenance instructions, troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic operating systems and to plan work based on such information and analysis results
Statistical process control (SPC) experience
Programmable Logic Control (PLC) experience
Valid driver license
Ability to work in extreme temperature environments
Ability to operate at heights that could exceed 65ft
Willingness to wear required safety equipment and follow safety rules and procedures
