Egis is seeking a Facilities Management Senior Consultant with strong community FM and operational advisory experience to support mixed use and master community developments across the Middle East.
The role focuses on community operations, integrated FM delivery, customer experience, governance frameworks, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead community FM advisory and operational assessment assignments
- Assess community operations, FM delivery models, and governance structures
- Conduct operational and technical reviews across community assets and shared services
- Assess statutory compliance, operational risks, and service delivery gaps
- Support FM transition, mobilization, handover, and operational readiness planning
- Develop KPIs, SLAs, governance frameworks, and operational procedures
- Build OPEX models aligned with local and regional community benchmarks
- Support CAFM, helpdesk, and customer service operational workflows
- Experience in driving service charge modelling for communities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in community FM, operational advisory, or mixed use developments
- Strong understanding of integrated FM and community operations
- Experience in governance frameworks, customer experience, and operational planning
- Knowledge of GCC statutory and community compliance requirements
- Experience in FM solutioning, budgeting, and OPEX modelling
- GCC experience required, UAE market experience preferred
