Here’sthe Gist:

Wolfspeed is seeking aFacilities Maintenance Technicianto join the Facilities Operations & Maintenance Team.This position requires you to perform all aspects of maintenance of the systems that provide uninterrupted services and critical utilities as needed tomaintainlife safety and production. To ensure that the facilities aremaintainedand conditioned as needed to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and enable Wolfspeed team members to be productive while performing their job functions.

The Day-to-Day:

• Respond and troubleshootvarious typesof alarms including, Temperature, humidity, air/water pressures, and water levels etc.

• Starting/Stopping/Maintainingequipment such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, exhaust fans, and generators.

• You will be able to solve complex problems with little supervision, allowing you to make decisions on how and when a project is completed

• Monitor and maintain plantwide systems. Understand when an issue isoccurring,knowing how to resolve it.

• Routine use of computers and software to include Microsoft Office suite of products, SCADA, and CMMS

• Implement and sustain standard organizational practices and adhere to 5S practices.

• High School Diploma or GED Required. Valid Driver's licenserequired

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance related experience

• Experience in lubrication, pneumatics, piping/plumbing repair, HVAC fundamentals, belt replacement, electricalschematicsor troubleshooting

• Use of computerized building management system / SCADA tomaintainand troubleshoot facility equipment.

• Must be able to work safely, use all personal protective equipment as required by OSHA and job requirements
