Facility Associate

An attentive and reliable professional with a passion for cleanliness, facility improvement, and maintaining a safe environment for others. As a facilities associate, you are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment by cleaning office spaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas, performing minor maintenance tasks, and completing assigned special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to manage priorities effectively, and comfortable using computers and email. You will report to the Southern Region, Vice President in Houston, TX. The base salary range for this position is $19.25-$21.83 per hour and depends on technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit-sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities

•  Clean and maintain office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a safe, sanitary, and professional work environment.
•  Perform minor facility maintenance and repairs to support the day-to-day operation of the workplace.
•  Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
•  Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities effectively
