The Facility Supervisor is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility. This role ensures excellent customer service, efficient administration, property maintenance, staff supervision, record keeping and revenue growth.


Main Responsibilities:

Operations & Management

    • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
    • Supervise and support CSR, including scheduling and task delegation
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
    • Open and close the facility as required


    Customer Service & Sales

    • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
    • Drive occupancy and revenue through promotions, upselling, and customer retention
    • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times


    Financial & Administrative Duties

    • Monitor rental income, delinquencies, and payment collections
    • Approve discounts, refunds, and special pricing within set limits
    • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for ownership
    • Monitor operating expenses and assist in budget control
    • Review vendor invoices and approve expenditures within authority


    Facility & Security

    • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure
    • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
    • Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)


    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in management, property management, or retail operations
    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Comfortable with basic accounting, reporting, and computer systems
    • Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
