Qualifications

Preferably a University degree with a minimum of second class lowers Division

Minimum of 5-6 years experience in manufacturing and related industry experience.

Strong leadership and team player with high organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills and impeccable character

Excellent communication skills and tolerant in the handling of staff matters.

High proficiency in Ms Office applications.

An above average knowledge on organizational development would be an advantage.
