We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner interested in an office practice working alongside an experienced physician, assuming responsibility for patient care


The Nurse Practitioner will treat patients from a variety of ages, although the practice is largely adolescent and adult. There NP will not treat pediatric patients


Duties include: Obtaining and recording client's health history; Perform comprehensive physical assessments; Treat both minor illnesses and chronic conditions; Order and interpret appropriate tests; Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and referrals, Provide wellness and health education


Most of the NP duties will be performed in the office; however there is an opportunity (for a full time provider) to sees patients in a nearby nursing/assisted-care facility
