Responsibilities
- Mow and maintain fields, pastures, and landscaped areas
- Operate tractors, zero-turn mowers, and other farm equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
- Repair and maintain fencing, gates, barns, and farm structures
- General property upkeep, including trimming, pressure washing, painting, and cleanup
- Assist with small construction and improvement projects
- Monitor the property for maintenance needs and proactively address issues
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized farm environment
Requirements
Experience operating lawn and farm equipment preferred
Mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
