Job Profile:

The Food & Beverage Waiter is a vital member of the service team responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to guests in a restaurant or hospitality establishment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong attention to detail. The Food & Beverage Waiter plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized service and efficient order delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper tableside manners.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and order delivery.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Valid health card
