• Experience with assisting management to lead day-to-day department operationsof all F&B outlets includingrestaurant,bar,banquetand IRD.

• Experience within a luxury hotel is a desirable asset.

• Skilled in providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Experience with overseeing waiters' opening and closing duties, ensuring all tasks are completed according to company standards

• Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively, providing support to both staff and management.

• Experienced in setting up both front and back-of-house areasof F&Bto the highest standards.

• Experience with addressing complaints or service issues with a positive attitude and involving management when needed.

• Familiarity with trainingnew staff, ensuring they meet service expectations and understand departmental procedures.

• Experienceassistingwith the coordination and execution ofspecial events, ensuring everything runs smoothly

• Ability to keep kitchen staff informed aboutspecial events, ensuring coordination and smooth service.

• Strong knowledge of following health and safety and food hygiene laws tomaintaina safe environment.

• Flexibilityto meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
