Field & ABM Marketing Manager

AtlantaHybridFull-time

AI Summary

Field & ABM Marketing Manager at Turbolaw runs events and account-based programs to generate pipeline for a litigation AI platform, reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with Sales.

About this role

Location: Atlanta
Reports to: CEO -- partners daily with our Sales team
Compensation: Competitive base + OTE + early-stage equity + benefits

The Opportunity

Complex litigation is the ultimate test of human cognition, and we're building the AI that passes it — a unified Case Intelligence platform for complex litigation. Our buyers — defense firms, in-house counsel, and the carriers who steer their panels — are a finite, knowable universe. We need someone to turn it into a pipeline.

The Role

Three motions: generate pipeline from events, account-based programs, and outbound against a targetable set of named accounts.

You'll report to the CEO and work shoulder to shoulder with our Sales team. You'll carry a number: qualified demos with defense firms and carriers, and pipeline sourced from events, ABM, and outbound. Every program you run gets measured against it — honestly, good or bad.

What You'll Own

Events & Field — your biggest lever

  • Own the conference motion end-to-end across defense-bar, carrier, and industry events: pre-event targeting and meeting-setting, on-site coordination, on-site events, and the follow-up that converts.

  • Build partnerships with the legal networks and associations that host these events — sponsorships, speaking slots, and member programming that make us a fixture in the community, not a visitor.

  • Every event carries a number: meetings booked, pipeline sourced, cost per opportunity.

ABM / Account-Based Programs

  • Build and run account-based programs against our named ICP firms and target carriers.

  • Orchestrate multi-touch plays — event, direct mail/gifting, targeted paid, and sales touches — sequenced against named accounts with the Sales team.

Outbound Support — powering Sales

  • Keep the outbound engine fed: build and enrich target lists (Clay, Apollo), write and iterate sequences, and produce enablement assets. Horsepower behind the outreach, not the dials themselves.

Who We're Looking For

  • 6–10 years in B2B marketing with deep field/event and ABM experience — you've owned conferences, association partnerships, and account programs, not just supported them.

  • You've built relationships with the networks and associations your buyers belong to, and turned them into repeatable pipeline channels.

  • You think in named accounts and run events like pipeline engines.

  • You run on numbers: sourced pipeline, meetings booked, cost per opportunity — and you report them straight, whether the program worked or not.

  • You partner closely with sales and know how to make their outreach land.

  • You're handy with GTM tooling (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Attio), work fluently with AI as a daily operating mode, and you're low-ego, organized, and fast.

  • (Bonus) Legaltech, insurtech, or regulated-industry exposure.

Travel: regular US conference travel, several events per year.

How We Work

We're building an AI-native company — humans and AI across every function, automation over headcount. We move fast, give direct feedback, and trust people to own their work. Everyone is a builder of what they own. If you need heavy process and constant structure to be productive, this isn't the right fit.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base + OTE + early-stage equity

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Atlanta-based (Hybrid)

  • Direct access to frontier models and budget to experiment

  • Ownership of the field and account motion from the early days
