Field Application Specialist

Locally, Sika Cambodia has been serving the Cambodian construction market since 2002 to provide specialty products and solutions for concrete admixture, waterproofing, sealing and bonding, flooring, roofing, structural strengthening and building finishing and is recognized as the leading partner for all contractors and developers.

• Perform regular visit to construction sites & dealer shops and conduct the product application / demonstrations training.
• Educated contractors and applicators (mainly- tilers, masons, painters) to promote conversion from site-mix to pre-mixed products.
• Build strong relations with contractors, applicators and key influencers to support business development activities within the team.
• Collect feedback on product performance, application practices, and customer needs.
• Share field insights with marketing and sales teams to identify emerging application trends and market opportunities.
• Accompany sales representatives during customer visits when technical support is required.
• Support cross-functional collaboration such as contribution on technical content for product brochures, media contents, and other communication materials.

## Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Experience in the field of technical or Civil construction or similar field; graduates with good skills and can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of construction- finishing products, such as tile adhesive, skim coat, plastering, and familiar with construction materials testing skills.
• Skills: Good organization skills and communication skill, hard-working, reliable, can work under pressure.
• English: Preferred candidates with fair English communication skills.
