seamless and curated service that relieves them of the stress and fear of navigating

SOKNA is looking for a Field Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a people-person who

strives to consistently produce quality work. S/he must have solid teamwork and

coordination skills. S/he needs to be customer-oriented, reliable, punctual and highly

presentable. If you have these great qualities, we want to meet you!

Requirements

● Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly

interface with families facing loss in a timely manner

● Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the

support of a small team

● Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests,

collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral

● Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on

quality

● Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and

eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values

● Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements

● Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes

● Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

● A Bachelor's degree with 2 - 4 years of experience

● High-level of integrity and passion for helping others

● Problem solver and able to work under pressure while maintaining standards

● Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and a strong desire to do great work

● Excellent communicator and a great team-player

● Reliable and always on-time

● Professional, empathetic and able to communicate with the families

● Excellent in spoken and written English and Arabic
