Field Engineer

PopBox is an automated parcel locker that allows you to send, receive,
and return a parcel conveniently. It will eliminate missed deliveries,
long waiting time, extra effort to return parcel, closing time and the
need to queue at depot. Our system allows convenience and flexibility to
businesses and consumers by increasing efficiency and lowering costs.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software operating system & tools, network, printer, scanner, other related device; perform regular maintenance.
• Investigate, diagnose, and solve problem on software, hardware, as well as network.
• Conduct remote/visit maintenance for all installed locker system.
• Support and provide solutions to locker user.
• Perform improvement / change locker components when needed.
• Coordinating with 3rd party vendor for locker maintenance, loading-unloading, relocation, etc.
• Support in setting / installing computer system in office.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineer.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the same field.
• Understand concept of network, software, hardware/PLC (Proggramable Logic Controller), and IT Support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate well in English (spoken and written).
• Detail and result oriented.
• Excellent analytical skill.
