- Provide hands-on technical support for laptops, desktops, and workstations across Windows & macOS.
- Peripheral Management: Install, configure, and maintain docking stations, monitors, webcams, keyboards, mice, headsets, printers, and specialty equipment.
Manage peripheral inventory, compatibility, and standardization. - Networking & Connectivity: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and shared network resources.
- Conference Room & Event Support: Setup, test, and maintain video conferencing and audio systems (Teams / Zoom Rooms).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update knowledge base articles, and track cases in the ITSM platform.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
- Understanding of hardware components, imaging, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through to resolution.
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Zoom/Teams meeting rooms or AV systems.
- ITSM experience (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or equivalent certifications.
- 1–2 years in a Helpdesk / Field Technician role.
