We are seeking a Field Operations & Integration Manager to own technology integration and adoption for military end users- from initial technical requests through field deployment, unit training, and feedback-driven product improvements.
Responsibilities
Own the full integration cycle for military clients, from initial technical requests and field feedback through implementation and deployment.
Shape and manage technical requests from military stakeholders; translate field needs into structured requirements and clearly defined scopes for engineering teams.
Support technology adoption within military units by organizing training sessions, acceptance testing, and hands-on onboarding for end users.
Plan and coordinate field deployments, including schedules, logistics, equipment readiness, warehouse preparedness, and stakeholder assignments.
Synchronize the work of pilots, engineers, R&D, and logistics teams.
Maintain task tracking across platforms, product versions, and modifications.
Systematize field feedback, issues, and incidents; drive resolution in partnership with engineering and R&D teams.
Lead regular status meetings, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely updates on project progress.
Establish and maintain documentation processes, including reports, checklists, change logs, and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing technical projects (experience with hardware, drones, R&D, or systems integration is a plus).
Experience working with physical products and a strong understanding of the technical lifecycle, including production, integration, testing, and flight operations.
Proven ability to convert ambiguous field feedback into structured requirements and clearly defined project scopes.
Strong planning and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, logistics, and documentation workflows.
Excellent communication skills with technical, operational, and product teams, as well as strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-changing environments while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work in field environments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience working on military, defense, or critical infrastructure projects.
Understanding of UAV architecture and systems.
Experience writing technical reports, deployment summaries, or change logs.
Experience conducting field testing and hardware rollouts.
Experience collaborating with distributed international teams.
Prior military service.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on current market data for similar Field Operations & Integration Manager roles within the United States. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, certifications, geographic location, and the scope of responsibilities.
