Field Sales Management Coordinator

Overview

Own and drive the ~₹10 Cr E-commerce business across assigned platforms, ensuring achievement of AOP and business growth through effective account management, availability, digital shelf execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role will be responsible for translating account-level opportunities into actionable plans and ensuring strong execution across all key E-commerce KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own AOP, sales growth and monthly business delivery for assigned E-comm accounts.
• Develop and execute account-wise business plans to drive growth and close business gaps.
• Drive OFR, and availability across platforms to minimize lost sales.
• Track SKU-wise, customer-wise and platform-wise performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Distributors and platform stakeholders to resolve business and operational issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key E-comm stakeholders to drive business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce, FMCG, Modern Trade or Key Account Management.
• Prior experience handling large E-commerce platforms/accounts preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, and customer management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage and drive a ₹10 Cr+ business portfolio.
• High ownership, execution orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
