Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry (architects, engineers, developers, contractors).
  • Identify sales opportunities and actively pitch Euroform's window, door, and façade systems and roller blinds systems.
  • Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and support clients from quotation through delivery and installation.
  • Track payments and coordinate closely with finance to ensure commission is calculated on collected revenue.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of signed contracts and revenue.
  • Represent Euroform at industry events, site visits, and project meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Sales or a relevant field
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales roles
  • Well networked within the Real Estate Sector
