YOUR TASKS

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of Swisslog Field Service Engineers, supporting our customers based in the South East of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, servicing and modifying the Company’s electrical and mechanical equipment in a warehousing environment.

You will deal promptly with the customers enquiries, complaints or problems ensuring that a good professional relationship is maintained at all times.

YOUR PROFILE

· Electrical and mechanical service engineering background

· Ideally experience of automated equipment such as conveyors, crane’s and robots

· 17th/18th edition electrical regulation

· Ability to fault find

· Able to read engineering drawings

It’s not only engineering skills we look for in our field service engineers, you will also have strong communication skills and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, as you will be primarily based in front of the customer.

You must be flexible to travel and work paid overtime when required, hold a full clean driving license and be able to work at height.
