Field Service Engineer - Process Instrumentation

Anton Paar Italia develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision laboratory instruments and provides customized automation and robotics solutions.
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of Anton Paar Italia's Process instrumentation at customer sites.

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.
• Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.

Qualifications

• Residence in Bergamo, Lombardy.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.

• Employment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio) with a gross annual salary range of €35,000–€45,000, plus a performance-based variable bonus linked to the achievement of agreed objectives.
