What You’ll Do
- Provide scheduled and ad hoc onsite and remote support to systemsGo clients.
- Troubleshoot IT infrastructure and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and test computer and network systems for projects.
- Assist with engineering tasks under the guidance of Service Delivery Manager.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams about system status and requirements.
- Monitor and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
- Support the sales team by gathering technical information during client visits.
- Follow systemsGo’s methodologies to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Continuously develop your IT and communication skills to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in IT end-user support or service delivery.
- Hands-on experience with office IT environments (PCs, printers, peripherals).
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (cabling, circuits, network devices).
- Strong customer service skills—able to explain technical issues clearly and summarize results effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions to completion.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Language: Professional English required
Technical Skills
- Microsoft certifications (Windows 7/8/10 MCP/MCITP, MCSA/MCSE) highly desirable.
- Office 365 administration experience.
- Video conferencing support (Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Polycom).
- Windows Server and Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO).
- Networking experience (firewalls, switches).
- Familiarity with VDI, Microsoft Azure, MDM solutions.
- Project coordination experience is a plus.
