Field Service Technician

• Completed vocational training (preferably in the chemical-technical field) is an advantage
• Forklift license is required – what type and can it be internal or external?
• Sampling and water analyses at the client’s site
• Monitoring of consumption and inventory levels at the client’s site
• Maintenance and refilling of dosing systems with the appropriate chemicals
• Preparation of service reports and documentation (MS Office)

Detailed profile:

Your responsibilities include:

• Customer support, ensuring treatment concepts and preparing proposals and offers
• Sampling and water analyses at client sites
• Monitoring corrosion rates and performing microbiological counts
• Carrying out tests at client sites in coordination with the sales field team
• Monitoring consumption and inventory levels at the client’s site
• Refilling dosing systems with appropriate chemicals
• Inspecting and, if necessary, repairing/replacing equipment
• Installation and inspection of specialized equipment
• Preparation of service reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training (preferably chemical-technical) and/or a degree in chemical engineering/chemistry
• Several years of experience in technical field service and basic knowledge of water chemistry
• Strong consulting skills and a confident, persuasive manner
• Good teamwork skills, constructive communication, and flexibility
• Proficient in MS Office and good English skills
• Willingness to travel (Category B driver's license required)
