Greyloch, founded in 1991, is a Meridian Idaho based cabinet manufacturer moving their current headquarters to Star Idaho in early 2023. The new, first of its kind batch size 1 facility in North America, will give builders an expanded product offering with shortened lead times. Greyloch’ s vision is to bring the centuries old art of cabinet making into the 21st century by using automation and ingenuity.

Role and Responsibilities

• 
  Decipher between quality control issues and on-site damages
• 
  Track warranty and punch list items
• 
  Communicate with office, customers, and builders for warranty issues
• 
  Ability to communicate via email, phone, and Monday app for upcoming appointments
• 
  Create your own schedule and submit to calendar for office tracking
• 
  Maintain dress and grooming standards
• 
  Quote and submit to accounting for billing
• 
  Deliver punch list items to installer on-site
• 
  Ability to make and keep deadlines
• 
  Notify office when job is completed
• 
  Excellent customer service skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 
  High School Diploma
• 
  Advanced finish carpentry and cabinet installation experience
• 
  Advanced paint and stain experience
• 
  2 years customer service experience
• 
  Proficient in time management and attention to detail
• 
  Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• 
  Perform repetitive motions
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50lbs
