Field Service Technician (m/f/d) for Laboratory Measurement Technology Service Area: Northwestern Germany

• On-site service: You perform maintenance, calibration, and repairs on our measuring instruments directly at our customers' sites. In addition, you carry out service and qualification tasks within regulated GMP environments, such as the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. You reliably ensure the proper and complete documentation of the work performed.

• Customer contact: As a competent point of contact, you will maintain trusting relationships with our customers—by phone, via email, and in person during on-site service visits.

• Organization: You will plan your assignments independently, manage your own spare parts inventory, and support product development by providing customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Passion for Technology: You have completed technical training (e.g., electronics technician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician), ideally with additional qualification as a state-certified technician.

• Motivation & Interest: You bring with you a technical understanding and an interest in our broad product portfolio.

• Service-Orientation: You work independently and with a solution-oriented approach, with a strong focus on high customer satisfaction.

• Willingness to Travel: You enjoy traveling and looking after our customers within your service area. The role involves regular overnight stays as well as occasional assignments in other service areas.

• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have advanced English skills.

• Driver’s License: You hold a Class 3 or B driver’s license.
