Job Description:
Maintenance Field Techs perform a variety of building cleaning, repair, and installation services for multi-family and HOA communities in a safe, thorough, and efficient manner while collaborating with others to deliver safe, quality, and appealing results that delight our customers. Services performed include chimney cleaning and repair; dryer vent cleaning; gutter cleaning, repair, and installation; pressure washing; roof cleaning, and window cleaning. This position performs inspections and uses specialized tools and equipment, as well as creates daily oral and written reports of specifications for each job to a crew lead. Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, from roof tops up to 4-5 stories while being securely roped off; moving, setting up, and climbing ladders in a safe manner. Other industry-related duties may be assigned as needed.
