Mellon Systems and Services d.o.o seeks to hire a field Technician– Core Banking Equipment (EFT/POS, ATM & Related Systems)

Core Objective:

To install, maintain, and service core banking equipment such as EFT/POS terminals, ATMs, and related hardware/software solutions across customer sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of banking and payment-related devices (e.g., EFT/POS terminals, ATMs, kiosks).
  • Visit customer premises as needed to resolve technical issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Mellon and end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Update Mellon’s Service Management systems with job progress, resolution details,
  • Export and deliver status reports to Customers
  • Provide assistance and support to other team members when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or a technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
  • Computer skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, or networking issues is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
