Filing Clerk

Nassau Agencies (1995) Ltd. is a pharmaceutical and OTC wholesale distributor. We have been in operation for over 25 years and are deemed one of the leading wholesalers in this industry. We have quality brands, with experienced, skilled staff that provide our customers with excellent service. Our aim is to continue to grow our brand to exceed industry standards.

We are looking for an organized person responsible for maintaining accurate and organized filing systems while supporting cashiering functions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. This role ensures proper documentation control, efficient record retrieval, and accurate handling of cash and transactions in accordance with company policies and financial procedures.

A full-time position is currently being offered.

Our standard hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a Cashier's role
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic Computer and Data Entry skills
• Good numerical accuracy and record keeping ability

Responsibilities:

• Daily ensure that all sales invoices are printed.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Retrieve documents/files upon request in a timely manner.
• Dispose of outdated documents in accordance with retention policy.
• Assist with Cashier duties as needed.

Physical Demands:

This position is in an office environment and requires frequent sitting, filing and data entry via computer. There would be some standing when needed to perform Cashier duties.
