Warehouse Associate (Order Selector)

Nassau Agencies (1995) Ltd. is a pharmaceutical and OTC wholesale distributor. We have been in operation for over 25 years and are deemed one of the leading wholesalers in this industry. We have quality brands, with experienced, skilled staff that provide our customers with excellent service. Our aim is to continue to grow our brand to exceed industry standards.

We are looking for an eager and hardworking person to join our warehouse team. A full-time position is currently being offered. Our standard hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills
• Be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn.
• Be able to drive a standard shift vehicle. (preferred)

Warehouse Associate Qualifications/Skills:

• Organized and able to follow systematic task processes
• Punctual and reliable
• Must possess good physical strength
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Completes shipments by picking orders.
• Prepares orders by pulling inventory, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.
• Provides quality customer service.
• Enforces inventory controls by following organization standards.
• Preserves clean work environment by keeping working areas neat.
• Promotes a safe environment for all by following warehouse regulations.
• Completes all forms and reports required.
• Contributes to team effort by completing tasks as needed
  

Physical Demands:

This position requires frequent activity and the ability to work in various environments. It includes standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours); frequent lifting, carrying and moving products up to fifty (50) pounds or more with assistance; bending, reaching, climbing ladders or step stools; working in refrigerated areas; and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety shoes, hard hat and vest.
