Finance Accounting & Tax Jr. Manager - Corporate Office

Midplaza Holding is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting & Tax Junior Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the accounting functions while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements. Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate tax preparations and filings, including CITR and monthly tax compliance to ensure adherence with tax regulations.
• Involve and support in financial projection and tax planning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Provide support to the team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and tax; with at least 1 year in Junior Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cashflow management, and tax regulations.
• Experienced with handling CITR and monthly tax compliance (mandatory).
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
