Purpose of Position:

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for processing and recording financial transactions of the Group’s subsidiary companies, namely Airport Parking and the Sky Parks Business Centres. This position reports directly to the Head of Financial Accounting & Reporting and requires an individual with relevant experience or qualifications in finance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices.
  • Process supplier invoices and prepare payment files.
  • Reconcile customer and supplier statements.
  • Record and post journals for payments received and salary-related transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Perform month-end postings and reconciliations and assist with the period-end closing process.
  • Perform any other related duties as may be required to support the Finance Department and the Company.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in finance or a related field, or a relevant qualification in finance.
  • Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Experience with accounting systems will be considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and meet established deadlines.
